We offer personal training to specifically meet the goals you're interested in. Strength, endurance, weight loss each plan is tailored to your needs.
Personal training is offered as:
1-session for for those in town for a day or wishing to consult with a fitness professional and get a quick supervised workout in. ($70/Hour)
Monthly basis for a long-term commitment attending 2 supervised training sessions a week with your instructor. ($60/hour)
Monthly basis for a long-term commitment attending 3 supervised training sessions a week with your instructor. ($50/hour)
